The snore mouthpiece is an ok product. It’s actually better than nothing. It made me drool (which woke me up a lot) and my teeth would hurt a little in the morning. It helped with my snoring but the spray you talked about works better (no drooling or pain involved).
I agree with you about the snore mouth guard mouthpiece. I tell everyone to save their money because they don’t work. You might as well go to a sports store and buy a football mouthguard. I did try the SnoreZip and really like it. Thanks for the heads up.
My snoring didn’t stop with a snore mouthpiece either. I actually bought two different mouthpieces and neither one worked. I needed it because my husband can’t sleep with my snoring. He had to put an air cleaner on the night stand next to the bed to drown out the noise of my snoring. I tried the snore spray you recommended and it is working really good so far.
