Which Stop Snoring Devices Are Best?

Snoring is a terrible problem and it’s no laughing matter. If you snore then you are probably looking for something that can help you quit as quickly as possible. Stop snoring devices can help you do that.

I and my wife have tried just about all the snoring solutions that are available to buy. Here on this page I will go over them with you so that you can decide which one is best for you.

The Stop Snoring Devices

1. The snoring mouthpiece – This product was one of the most successful for me and was what I used every night until recently (as you can tell by the name of this blog). Now I use a spray that works about one hundred times better than the mouthpiece.

The snoring remedies mouthpiece was effective but it suffered from several problems. First and foremost it kept falling out of my mouth at night. When it did I would just start snoring again. Secondly it was very uncomfortable to keep in my mouth all night and a lot of the nights I had trouble falling asleep with it in my mouth.

All in all I do NOT recommend that you buy a mouthpiece.

2. The snoring chin strap – This product was also effective but suffered the same problems that the mouthpiece did in that it was terribly uncomfortable. It was really tight around my head (which is how it is supposed to be worn) and it put my jaw in an awkward position (my jaw would be slightly sore each morning because of this). If you are a heavy sleeper this may work for you but I didn’t like it and don’t recommend it to anyone.

3. Snoring aids nasal strips – These stop snoring devices simply did not work at all. Of all the products I tried these worked the least. They are supposed to open up your nasal passages so that you breath through them instead of your mouth but I had no luck with them at all. Maybe it was just me but I got nothing from them.

4. Snoring spray. Of all the snoring devices that work these were the most successful and are what I still use to this day to control my snoring. The spray I use is all natural and works like a charm. It doesn’t have to be worn or put in my mouth like the other devices out there. It isn’t uncomfortable and it only takes a couple of sprays and you’re ready for bed.
So of all the stop snoring devices available I recommend the spray most of all. After snoring for 10 years and trying everything under the sun it is the only product that has really come through and stopped my snoring altogether.
